Hailing from Leeds and formed by four boyhood friends Sam Parkes (Vocals & Bass), Tom Dart (Guitar), Johnny Leonard (Guitar) and Karl Rigby (Drums); The Finnlys have carved out a reputation as one of the most exciting live bands in the North of England.

Mixing honest, gritty musicianship with upfront and memorable song writing, the band have developed a hardcore of loyal and devoted fans. The Finnlys have spent 2011 playing live and expanding their sound including appearances at Live At Leeds, On The Edge and Garforth Arts Festival as well as their own sold-out live shows.

The Finnlys began 2011 with the release of their debut single ‘For Love Nor Money’ followed up by ‘Live At The ELFM 24hr Musicathon’. Currently back in the studio, the band have whole bunch of fun planned for 2012.
